CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. If cancelled before 30 days of the commencement of the journey, cancellation charges will be Rs.1000/- per head. If cancelled before 10 to 29 days of the commencement of the journey, cancellation charges will be Rs.1500/- per head. No cancellation is allowed before 1 to 9 days of the commencement of the Journey.
2. No refund in tour price will be allowed for the untraveled portion of the tour either of sickness or any other reason.
3. No amount will be refunded, if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, natural calamities, Pandemic, civil / political strike or disturbance, road blockage, any other undesirable and abnormal situation or anything beyond human control.
4. If any Tour Cancelled due to travelers trains cancellation / flight cancellation / bus cancellation or any other circumstances, no refunded will be allowed.
5. No cancellations are entertained for the peak season or any special occasions like Durgapuja, Christmas, New Year, Holi, Bengali New year, Independence Day, Republic Day, Diwali, Summer Vacation etc. These are special holidays and therefore cancellations are not possible.
6. No claim will be entertained, if any amount found lying deposited with the company after 3 months from the date of commencement of the tour.
7. Refunds (if applicable) for changes and/or cancellations will be directly processed for bookings made directly with Dream Holidaze. For bookings made through your Travel Agent, refunds will be routed through them. The refund process may take up to 10 to 20 working days to complete.
8. There will be no refund for any unused or partially utilized services such as meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, or sightseeing.
