RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Booking amount 20% of total amount and rest of the amount will have to be paid on 1st day of the journey.
2. Bookings can be confirmed only if Dream Holidaze gets the confirmation of payment clearance to its account. If Dream Holidaze fails to receive the above payment, the booking shall automatically be cancelled.
3. In North Bengal Home Stay / Hotel rooms are mostly two / three / four bedded. So tourists have to stay in this accommodation.
4. Charges of Child: Below 5 Years – Free & 5 years to 8 years it will be half on home stay / hotel bed.
5. Tour price does not include any parking fee & entry fees to any spot or any monument in sight seeing places.
6. The organization reserves the right to delete, change or modify the Rules as and when necessary.
7. The organization has the full right to cancel any tour at any time without showing any reason. But in future there will be full cooperation to the entire team to make an alternate arrangement in such case.
8. The organization is not responsible for any accidents and no compensation is given for any damages.
9. Due to unavoidable reasons, the itinerary may be changed, enlarged or modified. The organization will not be liable if it does not reach the specified place due to some unavoidable reason on a particular day or time.
10. Guests / Passengers will have to bear the increased cost in case of increase in Car fare and or increase in prices of other goods.
11. Guests / Passengers have to bear their all entry fees guide charges and sight-seeing charges.
12. Washing of clothes at home stay / hotel is especially prohibited.
13. Passengers are responsible for their own goods. Therefore, it is obligatory for them to keep watching on their belongings. The organization accepts no responsibilities for loss or damages to any belongings of the passengers.
